Anikethana M R is a highly skilled Software Engineer with a passion for Modelling and Simulation. With almost 5 years of experience in the field of system modelling and simulation using the Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) approach, Anikethana has developed a strong expertise in providing digital twin solutions for future test and evaluation. Anikethana is currently working at Boeing as a Software Engineer, where she has been delivering test system solutions by adopting agile methodology and following sprint and Jira practices. She has completed a course on Project Management and Agile foundations from PMI and LinkedIn Learning, which has further enhanced her skills in project management and agile practices. Anikethana has won IDEA, AVDATS, and BTEC awards for innovation and continuous improvement in the field of MBSE. Her technical software skills include Simscape, Simulink, MATLAB, Stateflow, control system, system optimizer, LabVIEW, NI Veristand, Linux, PLC Programming, C, C++, Visio, and Git. She also has managerial software skills in Jira, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Anikethana began her career as an Application Engineer at Blauplug Innovations Pvt Ltd, where she gained experience in developing control loops for aircraft high lift systems. She later worked as a System Engineer - Intern at National Instruments, where she designed and developed different control loops for the Power drive unit of high lift systems. Anikethana holds a Master of Technology degree in Industrial Automation and Robotics from Manipal University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation Technology/Technician from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. She also completed her pre-university course in Science (PCMB) from Alvas P U College. With her strong technical and managerial skills, Anikethana is actively seeking new opportunities in the area of Modelling and Simulation (MBD/MBSE).
